Usual estimations are in the 10% - 30% range. Over adjustment: If you are shooting downhill (lower ground), the ball will be effected by wind longer, therefore you need to over adjust your shot. You will notice that the bullseye gets smaller, hence less risk to miss when hitting great and not perfect. Pull back the bullseye and apply max top spin. Wind has only an effect on the ball when it is in the air! Therefore try to use as much top spin (with Wedge!) as possible when chipping in from the fringe. It takes time and experience to find out how much. In side wind, offset the ballguide against the wind to the side of the cup. Same for tailwind, the ball will roll longer than the ballguide shows. For example: if you have a headwind, the ballguide does not show this wind impact and the flight of your ball will be shorter (compressed). Remember that after the first landing, the ball will be affected by the wind in the subsequent hops as well! Secondary wind effect is NOT reflected in the ballguide! So you want to offset the ballguide to the pin.
